COLLATERAL RETENTION AFTER DISCHARGE
OTHER OBLIGATIONS SECURITY
Payee shall continue to hold the collateral deposited under this instrument after the payment of this instrument, if at the time of the payment of this instrument maker is liable to payee as a maker, indorser, surety, or a guarantor on any other instrument or if maker is otherwise indebted to payee. Payee may exercise all rights with respect to the collateral given under this instrument even if this instrument is surrendered to maker.
